The Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center offers a variety of event spaces and meeting rooms designed to host conventions, trade shows, conferences, banquets, and social events of any size. Event Spaces & Meeting Rooms

Exhibit Hall

  • Square Footage: 23,700 sq. ft.  
  • Setup Options: Booths, tables, chairs, staging, AV screens, and rigging for displays. 
  • Features: Direct loading dock access, flexible column-free space, high ceilings, and dedicated electrical and internet access.  
  • Best For: Trade shows, expos, product launches, and large conferences.  

Ballroom  

  • Square Footage: 16,704 sq. ft.  
  • Setup Options: Round tables with chairs, head tables, staging, screens/projectors, dance floor.  
  • Features: Elegant lighting, climate control, and in-room catering access.  
  • Best For: Banquets, galas, corporate dinners, receptions, and award ceremonies, fundraising events, and keynote sessions.  

Upper and Lower-Level Meeting Rooms  

  • Square Footage: 500–4,200 sq. ft., depending on room.  
  • Setup Options: Conference tables, chairs, presentation screens, podiums, and AV hookups.  
  • Features: Natural lighting, private entrances, and proximity to the ballroom for hybrid event layouts.  
  • Best For: Smaller meetings, breakout sessions, seminars, and workshops.
