Greene Street Phase 2 Public Meeting

Join Richland County for a public meeting to review plans for the Greene Street Phase 2 Improvement project including plans to permanently close Devine St and Gadsden St at the Norfolk Southern railroad crossings following completion of Greene Street construction. Citizens will have the ability to view maps and drawings of the proposed improvements and to discuss the project with project managers and the design team.

The meeting will be an open-house format with no formal presentation.
