2026 SCPHA Annual Conference

The SCPHA Annual Conference will be held March 16-18, 2026 at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center. This event presents an exceptional opportunity for Public Health Professionals and their allies from across the state to collaborate, network, and advance their knowledge. This year's theme is "Exploring Horizons: Innovating for the Future of Public Health," and will highlight transformative ideas, research, and collaborations that are shaping the next era of public and environmental health in South Carolina and beyond. This educational conference provides a dynamic platform for students, faculty, and professionals to share innovative work, engage with statewide leaders, and explore emerging solutions to today’s most pressing public health challenges.

Founded in 1921, South Carolina Public Health Association (SCPHA) is a statewide non-profit organization aimed at advancing the profession by serving Public Health Professionals who endeavor to improve population health.  

Their mission is to:

• Enhance member benefits through the promotion of educational, mentoring, and networking opportunities;
• Provide a forum to convene our partners; and
• Advocate for healthy people and healthy communities.
